You retain all rights to all photographs taken with MomentPark’s suite of apps. We may not use them in advertising for MomentPark without your explicit consent.

MomentPark does not store any of your photographs or videos, but we do allow you to save them to your phone. We encourage customers to regularly backup their iOS devices.
